“Eco-friendly vehicle radiator fluid with innovative parameters” project, Tuesday 26 March 2019
Boryszew ERG implements a project co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
The beneficiary of Boryszew S.A. On 22 November 2017, Boryszew ERG Branch in Sochaczew signed an agreement for funding the project No. POIR.01.02.00-00-0031/17-00 under the sector Program “INNOCHEM” Actions 1.2. “R&D sector programs” of the Operations Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020 for the implementation of “Eco-friendly fluid for vehicle radiators with innovative performance parameters”.
The purpose of the project is to develop an innovative formula and production parameters for complete and safe for implementation technology, including know-how, allowing to solve possible production issues for eco-friendly fluid for vehicle radiators.
The anticipated result of the project will be an eco-friendly product with unique composition of raw materials providing innovative performance parameters. Innovative new solutions results from the unique composition of raw materials and the use of chemical substances registered in the REACH program.
Total project value: PLN 6,466,422.40
Funding value is PLN 3,294,802.06, including:
- for industrial research: PLN 1,841,406.06
- for development: PLN 1,453,396.00
The project is co-funded from the European Regional Development Fund
The project involves carrying out the following industrial research and development works in period from 01.11.2017 to 31.10.2019:
- Development of the base composition of an eco-friendly radiator fluid.
- Development of the composition of inhibitor package and selection of additives.
- Development of a method for obtaining the fluid in a laboratory scale and ¼ technical.
- Trials in a production scale.
